In my work, I find the most satisfaction in the process of finding solutions to the task at hand. Whether it is learning more about the subject matter or the application of the medium to achieve the desired effect, I find the process as another journey on the path of learning more about myself. I've always liked drawing. I have found that drawing is more than a means to an end, as in classical drawing, and have used drawing to solve my graphic illustration and design work. My drawings not only serve as the underlying structure of my paintings but also as abstract shapes that help me resolve my graphic design or illustrations. I am not so much concerned about the technique I employ in my artwork as much as I am about learning from them and enjoying the journey they always take me to learn more about myself.
